i have a lab and ma dad is the one that takes him to walk all the time.. i just saw him today taking the dog out and had a stick with him to hit him every time he pulled..i got soo mad.. that i am the one now taking him out.. i hope that this really works.. =/

very unsafe methods, dogs will pull out of flat collars, and i would not recommend telling people to get into the face of a dog.

I would have put that dog on umbilical and walked through the dog and not lead her to follow me. The dog needs to be watching you at all times so if you do stop suddenly shes not walking into you. You looked like you were leading her gently.

Nice video!!!! Although I do find it faster and easier to use a “Choke Collar” (Correction Collar) especially when a dog is set in their ways and untrained. It is easier to train a exercised dog and if you are the one getting pulled around town your not going to want to do anything after the walk. I believe this dog was pretty well trained before the walking part. For the record though “Choke Collars” and “Prong Collars” are not inhumane and they do have a place!!!

Works like a charm, one walk down the street and back is all it took(1 mile). I still have problem when she sees people though. I am trying to work this method into it. I am in a wheelchair and she pulls me in circles or right out of my chair quite often. I have lots of bumps & bruises. Thanks Zak.
