I taught my old dog Ren (rip 
) to sit by showing him a treat then lightly putting my index finger and thumb over his rump and pressing my finger/thumb into his leg bones (which naturally makes dogs want to sit) while saying sit (nothing else) then giving him the treat when his bottom touched the ground. I did this 4-5 in a row then leaving it for an hour or two then starting again. After about two days he would sit if you asked him to sit.

@CantMakeZzzzs Here is a friendly tip – grab the leash so that the leash becomes at most 30 centimetres long, so that the dog cannot perform the jump, then move the treat upwards, a bit behind the dog’s head, say SIT and push the dog’s bum to the ground! It helps!

Try and hide the treat in your hand without her knowing. If she sits, slowly turn until she follows you, then give her the command.

I think you have probably used the treat too much, try cutting out the treat for a while and see what happens, pretend you have a treat in your hand, and praise her by giving her a pat not a treat, hope all goes well
